Scholarships


STUDENTS

For the 2024-2025 school year, up to $5,000 in scholarships will be awarded.  The scholarship will be given to an incoming freshman or current college/university student enrolled full-time in an agriculture related field of study.  This does not include a student receiving dual-credit courses.  The purpose of this scholarship is to enhance interest in and development of quality education of young people in agricultural and related fields.

TEACHERS

​​The Woodford County Agricultural Education Teacher Grant Program was established to help support and retain new teachers in the classroom. Once eligible after three (3) consecutive years teaching in the county, teachers are invited to apply, or be nominated by their principals/superintendents for a two-thousand-dollar ($2,000) grant of personal income each year. The purpose of this grant is to enhance interest in and develop quality education of young people in agricultural and related fields.
